TASTING NOTE
Pale golden color with perfect clarity. On the nose, it is open and fruity with concentrated aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Fine and expressive in mouth with good acidity and freshness. The finish is balanced and long.
FOOD PAIRING
Very pleasant as an aperitif, this wine is also the perfect companion for a wide variety of seafood dishes. Baked or grilled fish such as salmon or raw preparations like tuna carpaccio will be equally complemented by the bright acidity and fresh fruit flavors of this Sancerre. It will also pair nicely with fresh salads and toasted croquettes with saffron and spice.
