J. Vignier Champagne Grand Cru Brut Aux Origines (2014 base)

This cuvée is 100% Chardonnay, fermented in steel tanks, bottled in April following harvest, and aged 36 months before disgorging.

Stately but refreshing, a classic-tasting Champagne and a perfect bottle for the holidays: tastes delicious with shrimp cocktail or cured fish, but also heartier dishes like jerk chicken and collard greens or cooked chard.
