DESCRIPTION

The 2018 J. Lohr Fog's Reach Pinot Noir expresses the varietal terroir of the Arroyo Seco region. This wine has a bright strawberry and blue sage on the nose with an abundance of red cherry and spice on the palate and finish.

Pair with a wild mushroom polenta or a board of Spanish charcuterie.

Bright ruby-red. Pungent red and blue fruit, succulent flowers and herbs on the nose. Primary bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors show good depth and pick up a spicy nuance on the back half. Shows firm grip and hints of licorice and sage on the persistent finish, which is framed by chewy, even tannins.
