Hatzidakis Santorini Familia 2021 (6/750ml) 2022

White Vinification type. Handpicked grapes were placed in a cold room overnight. Direct pressing of the grapes followed by fermentation under controlled temperature 17–18 ̊C with indigenous yeasts. The wine matured for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Grapes are harvested at the beginning of August. 

Bright yellow color with lemon and white flowers nose. Smooth and aerial on the palate with a gentle and refreshing acidity on the finish. Matches well with shellfish and fish plates in general, green salads, asparagus white sauce meats and cheeses from Cyclades complex. Better served at 12-14˚C.
