The Vermentino by Grattamacco is a smooth, rich and expressive white wine that expresses the most sunny, mediterranean and marine soul of Tuscany. It is vinified in steel tanks and in barriques and it expresses scents of aromatic herbs, resin, citrus fruits and sea salt. The taste is smooth and cremy but also fresh, savory and vibrant.
Perfect with fish preparations. Due to its softness and its aroma, this wine goes on well with local starters, lich crunchy bread and cold cuts. You have to try it with veal fricassee and soft cheese.
