Gran Passione Rosso 2018

Gran Passione has an intense purple color. It is full-bodied and rich with dark fruit flavors of blackberry and black cherry balanced by a solid structure due to the elevated alcohol, acidity and soft tannins. It's a great wine for roasted and grilled meats, stews and other rich dishes. Also excellent with mature firm cheeses.

Gran Passione is a full-bodied, deep red wine with a fine balance between soft tannins and rich red and black fruits. The wine is produced through an ancient process of drying a portion of the grapes in the sun and fermenting the raisins to achieve this unique expression. It will make a fine pairing with roasted red meats, game, stews or mature hard cheeses.
