Gianfranco Fino Es is a broad and generous wine, with a dark ruby ​​red color. The nose expresses a kaleidoscope of sensations and aromas: enveloping notes that recall ripe fruit (myrtle, cherries, plums, even jam) and oriental spices (cocoa, vanilla and coffee).

A citrusy trace then opens up to an intense, full, generous taste, whose alcoholic breath is perfectly balanced by a well-defined acidity and an unsuspected freshness. Very long, soft, closes with a final that comes back strongly on the fruit. Throughout the meal, it is ideal to accompany large plates of red meat, grilled or stewed.
