Fleuraison Blanc de Blanc NV (750ML/12)

Fleuraison (Flowering) Blanc de Blancs is made from the white Arien Grape, and is grown in the La Mancha region of Spain. The first fermentation takes place in Spain under cool temperatures to make a 'base' wine that is fresh and fruity - with good acidity.

After the wine is stabilized, it is shipped to the Languedoc, where our sparkling wine experts create the second fermentation under pressure - using specific yeasts specially selected for sparkling wine.
