The palate is very well balanced with orange pith and citrus lemon on the entry. This builds nicely in the mouth and the finish exhibits fine cohesion and sappiness.

Slightly riper aromas consist of white peach, lemon and a hint of quinine. Here too the medium-bodied flavors possess excellent intensity and plenty of minerality on the lingering finish that is also compact and linear.
