The Erdener Treppchen Riesling Spätlese opens with clear, precise, fresh and elegant, flinty flavored fruit aromas of ripe Riesling grapes. Round, piquant and not all too sweet, this is an elegant, lush, piquant and racy-mineral Spätlese. It has a lean, straight and pretty salty finish. Pure, piquant and stimulating, this is a gastronomic Spätlese with 8.5% alcohol and moderate sweetness, but a lot of grip.
