Don Amado Añejo Mezcal

This unusual anejo bottling has a vibrant honey hue and bold, dessert-like flavors that suggest vanilla and custardy flan layered over a smoky core, finishing long with fig and raisin richness. 

There are still a lot of agave notes considering how long this is barrel aged. It’s a bit earthy with sweet caramel notes that mix with smoke.
