The Domaine Fouet is located in the heart of the Saumur Champigny appellation vineyard of the Loire. Since 6 generations this family has been combining modern techniques while keeping the traditions. Today, Julien Fouet runs the estate.
The estate has been AB certified since 2020, and makes it a matter of great importance to take care of and respect its environment. Eco-grazing is used within the vineyard to participate in biodiversity. The vineyard only uses natural products, limited in number and quantity.
