DESCRIPTION
Estate holdings, some three acres facing west, are divided into three neighboring parcels in premier cru ‘Fourchaume’ and sit along its highest-point/ridge, in the direction of La Chapelle Vaulpelteigne. Vines planted in the 1960s, 1980s and 1990s.
Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in older French oak barrels. Aged on fine lees in barrel for 12 months; then six months in tank. Lightly filtered, with only moderate sulfur added.
