A serious, classy Bourgogne, this has the most beautiful definition to it. There is a ripeness to this - fused with high quality oak spice notes - but such style, elegance and poise. Peach, orchard and citrus fruit meld seamlessly together and whirl accross the palate. Pure joy and pure class. An east facing Clos in the grounds of the Chateau, this is one of their signature wines. Aged in 25% new oak barrels for 12 months.
