Chateau Mouton Rothschild

Deep, dark ruby-red color, with purple hues at the rim, is not opaque. Slightly introverted aromas include juicy, ripe dark-cherry, clean cedar & soft, red-fruit hints. The palate is poised with clean cassis/black-cherry fruit, perfumed red-fruit & notes of cedar & vanilla.

Acidity is fresh, but not sharp. Tannins are so smooth, giving grip without harshness. Vivid blackcurrant fruit is tempered by graphite notes on a very long, lean & elegant finish.
