Catherine Le Goeuil started her winery in 2004 in the village of Cairanne. This is a full-bodied red wine with aromas of red and dark berried fruits, good mineral structure, and fine tannins.
Most complex of the tasting. medium tannins with burnt butterscotch nose. Initial dark red fruits followed by black pepper and sawdust.
Dark red wine. Intense nose with black cherry, blackberry, pepper, rosemary, graphite, cedar wood. Balanced fresh acidity, high smooth tannins, medium body, spicy and fruity, medium long finale. Very dry côte du Rhône, balanced.
