Cascahuin Tequila Blanco Tahona Jalisco

Loads of citrus and cooked agave, earthy minerals on the nose. Lots of lemon peel for me, it’s exploding with citrus. Cooked agave, earthy, citrus and cinnamon. Lots of flavor here. No ethanol, finish is seemingly endless. A little pepper spice. A touch of jalapeño and something like cucumber.
Tasty, and very different from my normal go-to pours. This is a good offering from Cascahuin. Great oily entry with tons of warm cooked agave and mineral on both the nose and palate. Some pear and bubble yum.
