Cappelletti Amaro Alta Verde

The main ingredient in this Alta Verde is assenzio, a variety of wormwood. It is blended with alpine herbs, citrus, and spice, meant to evoke “a summer forest in all its verdant splendor”.

It has impressive length and complex bitterness with a gentle sweetness and bright herbal notes coming together in a well-balanced amaro.

Best enjoyed with citrus and tonic, soda, or just alone over ice with a squeeze of lemon. In cocktails, it adds depth and a drying effect to balance sweeter drinks.
