Single variety traditional method sparkling made from Macabeo grapes. Light straw colour, intense little bubbles, 11.5% vol. Nose: yellow plum, apple, pastry. Palate: lemon, green apple, hebal notes, zesty finish.

Light straw yellow colour with a coarse, generous mousse. Modest nose of citrus, pear, and yeast. Dry palate of Granny Smith apple, Bartlett pear, and lemon with medium stone minerality and medium high acidity.
