Bibi Graetz Casamatta Bianco 2017

Bright and fruity with aromas of lemon zest and green apple. The Vermentino lends a clean, fresh acidity with structure; Moscato Bianco adds aromas and flowery notes; and Trebbiano balances and smooths out the wine giving way to a medium-bodied mouthfeel.

It has a very pale straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose Casamatta's bouquet is fruity with notes of tropical fruits and peaches, combined with light floral and herbaceous scents. Light body, characterized by good freshness, typical of Vermentino, and a captivating taste. The finish is full, harmonious, very persistent and pleasantly long. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 10-12 °C
