Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this wine was grown on small sandy clay-limestone sites on the hillsides and plateau overlooking the Loire River. Look for notions of apple, pear, peach, and honey-lemon tea and pour with pork chops and sweet-and-spicy mustard.

Serve with mild cheeses, poultry, shrimp, crab, lobster and Asian cuisine.

Pale bright color with green highlights. Fresh, intense and elegant nose, dominated by floral notes and white fruit aromas of pear and peach. Lively and harmonious wine, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, and powerful, persistent fruity flavors.
