This 100% sauvignon blanc was fermented and aged in tanks and did not undergo malo lactic fermentation. The result is a crisp clean classic sauvignon offering fresh peach and citrus fruit with just a tell tale touch of grassiness in a crisp refreshing style.
Fresh like a peach on the nose, with a bit of warm radiator dust. Flavors of lemon and green apple are narrow, and the mouthfeel is limited and indicates that the lifespan of the wine may be short. Citric on the finish, and overall there's just not a lot going on here.
