Intoxicating perfume with hints of Comice Pear and golden straw. The palate is layered with a textured, broad mouthfeel of juicy heirloom apple and ripe peach. The exit is clean and lively. Pairs well with seafood, chicken and pasta dishes or enjoy sipping on its own.
Our L label is named in honor of Laurine Apolloni and showcases the feminine side of our fruit. This unique Pinot Gris is partially fermented in French Acacia barrel; highlighting the aromatic qualities of the varietal. Sourced exclusively from our family’s sustainably farmed vineyard, it is Pinot Gris as can only be produced in the cool climate of Oregon’s northern Willamette Valley.
