This complex, yet well-balanced, wine presents an elegant style with hints of ripe plums and raspberry fruit. Gentle tannins and slightly toasted oak, spice and chocolate on the palate move to a long, lingering, focused finish.
Gritty berry aromas are minty and come with a hint of grilled beef. This blend of 60% Malbec and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon is drying in feel. Burnt berry flavors are somewhat less than fresh, while this is rubbing and tannic on the finish. Michael Schachner"
