Natural winegrowers, much alike to organic farmers, are non- interventionists, use mainly traditional, gentle methods of production, believe that it is better to let nature take its course. When it comes to wine, natural winemakers use wild yeasts, use small or no doses of sulphur, mature the wine on fine lees, use as little rackings and filtration as possible. The final goal is to produce a living wine that has its own personality and evolves over time.

 Bright yellow to amber colour. Intense nose with emerging aromas of thyme, lavender, oregano and ginger.
