Flavors of red fruit along with blackberry, black currant, and elderberry play into the foreground, with dense tannins enveloping the palate. The midpalate offers lingering undertones of dried herbs, graphite, and citrus that lead to a savory finish of bittersweet chocolate and tobacco.
