Dehlinger’s 2016 Chardonnay is a shining example of what their Estate is capable of and offers a kaleidoscope of ripe orchard fruits, mineral-laced apples, lemon oil and crushed rock.
The wine spends around 12-15 months in barrel and is aged sur-lie (French for “on the lees”), which contributes greatly to the depth and richness of this beautiful Chardonnay.
Beautiful nose with peach, lemon, hay, and pear. Bright and crisp palate. Lemon, lime, fig, celery, and Honeydew melon. Broad, smooth finish.
