A Human Experience180 years after its foundation in 1824, Seguin-Manuel has been completely renewed since its acquisition by Thibaut Marion in 2004.42 years old and born in a ”vigneron? family, involved in the wine business for 10 generations in Beaune, he started his career at the family winery Chanson Pere & Fils during seven years. He uses today all his experience and energy to produce great wines.High Quality as MottoOur demand for high quality can be seen from the vineyards to the wine bottling. We keep in mind the respect of environment, terroirs and wine in each step of the production.In our vineyards : organic growing, no use of chemicals, ploughing the soil, reducing the yields thanks to strict pruning and green harvest, hand picking in small cases.In the winery : sorting out the grapes on a table, natural fermentation in oak vats, temperature control device, maturation in oak casks, bottling without filtration at the best time for the wine.
