This Cinsault-based blend, with 25% Grenache and 17% Syrah, opens with a beautiful bouquet of bright red cherry, raspberry and fig, all dusted by hints of sweet spice and fresh, minty fynbos. The medium-weight palate boasts fine tannins and a silky texture, with nuanced layers of earthy spice, tilled soil and tea that dance deftly on the finish.
Fresh and pure, with a polished beam of cherry and plum preserve flavors gliding through, laced with light anise and sweet spice accents on the modestly juicy finish. Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. Drink now through 2019.
