From organic fruit, no additives until a small dose of sulphur at bottling. Medium cherry in colour. Pepper and spice, soft soft oak nose on this Pinot. An amazing palate of bright young red fruit, medium to light in weight, balanced acid and an enjoyable medium to longer length.
Cherry, violet and baking spice on the nose. On the palate, cherry with baking spice. Not too much acidity, just enough. Extremely light tannins and body with a moderate-length finish.
