In Violas is the result of Poliziano’s project in Cortona, a D.O.C established in 1999 that has become notable for the cultivation of Merlot. The vineyard located in “Cignano”, which boasts a soil rich in Pliocene clay just above sea level.
This wine is 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. A delicious and silky red with chocolate, walnut, berry and orange peel aromas and flavors.
