The wine has a characteristic bouquet with overtones of white flowers, white and yellow fruit and a slight spicy note, on the whole complex and very elegant; in the mouth it is full- bodied, vigorous and mineral with a fine aromatic freshness. A delicate wine it has a long finish and a certain underlying robustness and its style may be described as between a classic Meursault and a typical Puligny-Montrachet.
Pair this wine alongside fish, grilled or with a light sauce or with white.
