Pale yellow. Expressive scents of pear skin, quinine and white flowers. Taut and focused, offering lively orchard and citrus fruit flavors and a hint of white pepper. Finishes with good cut and lift, leaving a tangy orange pith note behind.
Paso a Paso Blanco (Organic Grapes) is 100% Sauvignon Blanc fermented and aged in stainless steel. Notes of crisp grapefruit and melon are offered in a fresh, light-bodied style.
Attractive tropical fruit aromas with hints of lime and aromatic herbs, lead you into melon and stone fruit flavours with a touch of citrus. It has a good balance of fruit and acidity and good length.
