Very aromatic with pure notes of rose, spices, exotic fruits, it presents a rich, overripe, honeyed mouth, without heaviness. As an aperitif, solo, with strong cheeses (Munster, Blue, Epoisses...) and also with exotic cuisines.
An earthy note dominates the nose on this wine before fruity, candied notions of peach kick in on the palate. The body is rounded and luscious with juicy peach and yellow plum, while the sweet finish echoes long with richness.
