DESCRIPTION

The 2019 Gavi del Comune di Gavi Grifo del Quartaro is a beautifully fragrant wine that shows the floral and tropical fruit intensity that comes with the Cortese grape. You'll also notice a drying touch of chalky minerality that gives linearity and focus to the wine.
Super-fresh aromas of yellow plum, tropical fruit, apple and peach, with a touch of florality and salinity. In the mouth it's more of the same, deliciously juicy and outlined by fresh acidity. There's a hint of honey here, too, which lingers on the long finish.
