Aged on French Oak for 15 months, our Vigilance Cabernet Sauvignon has complex layers of black cherry, ripe currant, spice, and dark chocolate.
A smoky, peppery tone dominates this full-bodied and flavorful wine, but it has enough black-cherry and sour cherry fruitiness on the palate to balance it out. Moderate tannins add some grip and the smoky-fruity blend lingers on the finish.
