

Tzuba Metzuda Reserve 2014 |
The Tzuba Metzuda is produced at the Tzuba Estate Winery, located in the Judean Hills, an area recognized as a major wine-producing region since Biblical times. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, Metzuda's aromas are mostly of fruit. It has a bright purple color and is nice and young at the rim. Tasting the wine you get oaky and fruity notes with hints of cedar and wood chips. This is a big wine, very acidic and tannic. This wine is best suited with robust roasted meats, hearty stews or mature fine cheeses.
This wine is made from a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec. The wine was aged for 24 months in French Oak barrels. It has a complex aroma with an abundant taste of red ripe fruits with long pleasant ending.
