PROVENANCE SAUVIGNON BLANC 2020

It is a Napa sauvignon with interest with sliced dried-apple, flint and light white-grapefruit character. Medium-bodied, fruit and focused.

On the nose, citrus notes intertwine with nuances of white flowers, mango, white peach and pineapple. On the palate, layers of pineapple, grapefruit and tangerine become apparent. Bright acidity and notes of nutmeg, vanilla and lemon curd balance intense flavors. Drink fresh, and pair with seafood, including cracked crab, sauteed scallops and mussels.
