It has a bright straw yellow colour, an intense fresh, fruity bouquet with a definite Moscato fragrance; typical sweet, aromatic and sparkling taste. It maintains its fresh taste for over a year.
Patrizi's Moscato is outstanding, authentic quality, year after year. Their grapes come from the controlled zone for Moscato, Asti, almost immediately to the east of Alba. Although the whole zone has the coveted DOCG, real quality grapes with controlled yields have to be selected to make a wine as good as this.
