Moderately generous oak and menthol influence is present on the attractively fresh nose of dark raspberry, sauvage and earth scents.
There is good muscle and excellent punch to the lightly mineral-inflected medium-bodied flavors that possess focused power on the tightly wound and overtly saline finish where the wood influence reflected by the nose reappears. This well-made effort is also sufficiently structured to require patience.
