Cortes de Cima Vinho Regional Alentejano Branco 2021

The  harvest was marked by atypical weather. A mild and dry winter preceded a cold and rainy spring. The summer was hot and dry, allowing for undisturbed ripening.
  Produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, planted on the Alentejo coast, 3km from the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes, harvested during the cool of dawn, were destemmed and pressed, followed by decanting at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 15 days, followed by aging on fine lees with regular stirring. The wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled young, in order to
maintain its clear and fresh character.

Tasting Notes

A wine with aromas of lime, grapefruit and cut grass, with mineral notes. Lively and refreshing acidity.
