Azienda Agricola Ceraudo Grayasusi Rosato 2019 (Case only)

Grayasusidi Ceraudo is a rose wine produced from pure native Gaglioppo grapes grown on the low hills of Strongoli in the Crotone area under certified organic regime since 1990. The harvest is done by hand at night, fermentation occurs without the use of selected yeasts.

With a beautiful bright cherry color, it opens to the nose with rich notes of ripe red fruits, followed by floral hints of cyclamen, dog rose and lavender. On the palate it is fresh with a good balance between acidity and softness, intense and persistent.
