IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

Very well made with complexity, depth and concentration. There is a lovely note of violet on the nose and palate, along with sweet fruit, vivid acidity, crunchy tannins and integrated oak. The purity of fruit is electrifying – this is a teenager full of energy and character, like a Beaujolais on steroids! An excellent example of an often challenging variety.Bonarda is another grape imported to South-America from Europe, where it is almost disappeared now; It can produce lighter-bodied and fruity, full of cherry and plum flavors, with light tannins and moderate acidity. However with concentrated fruit from older vines, and especially when oak aged, Bonardas can also be bigger and more tannic. Very fresh in nose with predominant aromas of red and black fruits such as cherries, blueberries, and raspberries. Also some notes of native herbs from Mendoza. In the mouth it is fluid and juicy with a silky entry, with a lively acidity and elegant tannins that give it great structure. The best expression of this variety in a wine that is all fruit, freshness, and elegance. Characteristic aromas of red and black fruits, juicy in the mouth and smooth tannins.
