Its Zero style highlights purity and dryness, offering a refined, modern Prosecco alternative.Zonin Cuvee Zero is a dealcoholized sparkling wine. First, classic wine is made,which is then dealcoholized in a very low pressure environment. Under low pressure, the alcohol starts to evaporate at lower temperatures, and the wine thus retains plenty of freshness and does not develop the characteristics of cooked wine.
