Zolo Torrontes

This is a very steep area, with fresh air at night, and very good sunshine, giving grapes of great aromatic intensity and sanity.

The approximate harvest date is at the end of March. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures to protect the aromas. The acidity is corrected in order to maintain a high aromatic intensity and freshness in the mouth. Without malolactic fermentation.

Intense and fresh aroma reminiscent of floral and citrus notes. In the mouth is balanced, the acidity is emphasized. Persistent finish and pleasant aftertaste.
