• Practicing Organic • 100% Zinfandel • Chiles Mill Vineyard (Napa Valley) • Northwest facing exposure • 900 -1,200 ft. elevation • Red Chert veined with Green Serpentine intermixed with Sobrante Loam • Fruit is sorted and destemmed into open-top fermenters • Cold soak for 3 days and fermented in 10 days • Aged 14 months in 70% American oak and 30% French oak (20% total new) • 915 cases produced • 15.2% abv
