Bottled at the end of August this year, the Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling trocken GG is clear and intense on the still somewhat reductive yet fine and flinty nose. Creamy, round and piquant on the palate, this a medium-bodied, fresh and salty-piquant Schlossberg that is still dominated by sulfur and hard to tax.
The wine has substance and extract yet still doesn't sing. Very salty.
