Lots of bubbles for a Prosecco.Pale yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage, Zefiro offers a subtle and elegant bouquet of citrus, peach and white flowers. On the palate, it is inviting, fresh, delicate and well balanced. Dry, with crisp acidity and round, harmonious flavor.To create the Zefiro Prosecco, secondary fermentation is carried out using Il Metodo Italiano, also known as the Charmat Process. This shorter, cooler fermentation preserves the characteristic freshness and the flowery, fruity Prosecco aromas and flavors that are so prized the world over.
