TASTING NOTES

The dress is clear, of a beautiful straw yellow color, with green reflections. Its nose has beautiful floral aromas, white flowers, hawthorn and honey. Its mouth has a good length, and a good persistence of aromas.

HOW TO DRINK IT

It is a wine that goes well with cooked fish, shellfish, poultry and white meats, but also with foie gras and goat cheeses. It is drunk chilled but not icy, between 8 and 10 ° C. It stays between 3 and 5 years in a good cellar, lying down and away from light.
