DESCRIPTION

Moscato is full of natural sweetness. It displays bright fruit flavors of freshly crushed grapes, peach and passionfruit with a hint of sherbet. This wine has a light fizz that tingles in your mouth and highlights lively tropical fruit flavors followed by a clean and crisp finish. Moscato is created with a simple philosophy in mind - to make a great wine that everyone can enjoy anytime in any place. This is why we’re reluctant to tell you what to enjoy it with. If you really want some suggestions, enjoy this wine chilled with friends and a big bowl of strawberries.[yellow tail] Moscato is made with grapes sourced from the highest quality vineyards. The fruit is harvested cool at night to retain maximum freshness and flavor. Free run juice and light pressings are used to ensure softness on the palate. Once completed, the wine is cold stabilized and cold filtered to retain rich aromas and freshness. The wine is blended and a high grape juice concentrate added to reduce alcohol.South Eastern Australia experienced a lot of rain in the winter and spring of 2009 which provided good soil moisture for the rest of the season. A heat wave in summer spurred healthy canopy growth and early fruit development. March 2010 was much cooler and slowed ripening, allowing time for ideal flavor development. The grapes were regularly quality tested in the lead up to harvest and delivered to the winery in ideal condition – plump, healthy and with a good balance of water, sugar and flavor.
